Walmart Evaluation Survey

GBWPLC INC have a shopping assignment in your area and we would like you to participate by evaluating WALMART store in your neighborhood. We’re accepting applications from individuals who are willing to become a mystery shopper agent by using their leisure time in earning income.

We are a division of Business Evaluation Services which is a full service market research, guest satisfaction and compliance audit company. We specialize in mystery shopping and guest satisfaction measurement services for nearly every industry. We have been a national mystery shop provider over 20 years. Our experience has taught us what is important with today’s consumers, and how to measure their guest satisfaction in the most effective ways.

We get hired to evaluate stores, malls and companies and act like customers in order to know how the staffs are handling their services in relation to their customers. Once we have a contract to do, you will be directed to the company or outlet you are to evaluate which you will be given the funds you need to do execute the task (either purchase things or require services) on getting there, you will then write a comment on the staffs activities and give a detailed record of your experience.

Examples of details you are to submit are :

1) How long it took you to get services.
2) Smartness of the attendant
3) Customer service professionalism
4) Sometimes you might be required to upset the attendant to see how theyreact to clients when they get tensed (under pressure)

Compensation :
You’ll be paid $500 for every survey you carry out, including bonuses, transportation allowance and funds would be given to you if you have to dine as part of the duty. Your job will be to evaluate and comment on customer service in a wide variety of shops, banks, stores, restaurant and services in your area both live and online.
